Refund and Exchange Policy
The official website of Epolymer Plastic Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Epolymer”) is responsible for interpreting the terms of refunds and exchanges.
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Buyers must inspect the goods and request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. Orders where both the buyer and seller have agreed to test samples, and the samples have been confirmed as qualified, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
– Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders exceeding the 7-day return/exchange period.
– Goods listed in orders where samples have been tested and confirmed as qualified are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Discounted and promotional items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
4. Unpaid goods are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Ownership of goods: Until the buyer pays for and confirms receipt of the goods, ownership remains with Epolymer, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. If the buyer has any objections regarding product quality or other issues, please contact us within the 7-day return/exchange period.
7. Any quality issues arising from products manufactured using the ordered goods more than 7 days after receipt shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Epolymer only provides refunds/exchanges for the goods sold.
8. Return conditions:
– The goods must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
– Original packaging must be included.
9. Proof of receipt or purchase (e.g., bill of lading, shipping order, insurance policy, delivery note, courier receipt, etc.) must be provided for returns.
10. Do not return goods directly to the original manufacturer.
11. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you via email of the return status and approval of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days via the original payment method.
12. Delayed refunds:
– If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account.
– Bank processing may take some time. If the issue persists, please contact us.
13. Shipping methods:
– Air freight is not supported for deliveries or returns; only sea, rail, or road transport is supported.
– If the buyer requests air freight, the air freight cost will not be refunded for returned/exchanged goods.
– Return address: Shenzhen, China. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
– Epolymer does not cover any return shipping costs (including air, sea, rail, or road transport).
– For high-value goods, please use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
14. Duties and taxes:
– Import duties and VAT incurred for returns shall be borne by each party respectively.
– Epolymer only refunds the product cost and does not refund duties or taxes.
