Veradel® PESU is recommended in applications where higher thermal capability, inherent flame resistance, better chemical resistance, and improved mechanical properties are required.
Veradel® HC PESU
Veradel® HC is ideal for use in high-performance healthcare applications. The material is inherently flame retardant and highly resistant to a wide range of healthcare cleaning and disinfecting agents. It retains its transparency, mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high-heat environments.

Veradel 3000P, 3100P, 3200P, 3400P, and 3600P are powdered polyethersulfone (PESU) and are used for dissolution or dispersion into the solution. It can also be ground into smaller particles or mixed with other solid particles. These signs differ in molecular weight, with the highest of 3000P and the lowest of 3600P. Molecular weight and solution viscosity are directly correlated.The PESU has excellent toughness and excellent hydrolysis resistance. Resistance to steam, boiling water, and inorganic acid attacks.The tile film or PESU coating is transparent with other desired properties, including long-term thermal stability, excellent metal adhesion, formability and intrinsic flame retardant.Generally used in high temperature coating formula, film, advanced high temperature resistant composite materials and special adhesives.
