Radel® polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) delivers the highest performance of our sulfone polymers. Our broad product slate offers an impressive selection of transparent and opaque color and meets a wide range of performance, price and processing requirements.
Radel® PPSU offers impact strength similar to polycarbonate (PC) and better chemical resistance than polyetherimide (PEI). It excels in high heat and humidity environments and provides operating temperatures around 200°C (392°F) and inherent flame retardant properties.

Acudel 22000 is a resistance to high temperature, high performance modified polysulfone resin composite material, has a very good hydrolysis stability, excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, in a variety of chemical environments, has good stress cracking resistance.Moreover, Acudel 22000 resin has excellent toughness, but better than Udel ® polysulfone and Veradel® polysulfone.Overall, the performance of Acudel 22000 was intermediate between polysone and polysone.In addition to its good mechanical and thermal properties, the Acudel 22000 resin has excellent electrical properties over a wide temperature range.
