Kepstan PEKK (polyether-ketone-ketone) resin is polymerized from two monomers (the left and right ends are terephthalyl and resorcinyl).
Introduction :
Kepstein PEKK powder coatings can be applied in an amorphous state to maintain their original state, or they can be annealed to a semi-crystalline state.Amorphous Kepstein PEKK coatings have better flexibility and stronger adhesion, especially for components that need to withstand high-intensity thermal cycling.Semi-crystalline coatings have better high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance.
